Elderly and disabled subsidy program:
Provied case management and in-home services to elderly and disabled adults, who cannot afford to a pay a portion of the cost of their care.
Community care for diabled adults program:
Provides free in-home services, home delivered meals, and daycare to permanently disabled adults between the ages of 18-59.
Handicapped meals and medical supplies program:
Provides home delivered meals and medical supplies to disabled adults who are temporarily or permanently disabled.
